It is part of Hotel Atlantis Royal. Gastronomy is much more than a restaurant. it is an experience which every food lovers should enjoy it. The brunch buffet spread was absolutely lavish. I have never seen such a sumptuous and elegant spread. It took us about 15/20 minutes to look everything. There were 12 live stations. Beside different cuisines, there was a wide choice of healthy juices, vegan and gluten free options. As far as deserts were concerned, it was ultimate. It was very difficult what to eat and what to leave. The Indian dishes could have been better taste wise. The service was impeccable. The servers were on their feet to satisfy every demand of guests. The interior and ambiance deserve seven stars. Advance reservation is highly recommended. Don't miss it when in Dubai...

An excellent experience in Atlantis. I love the seafood here, coz it’s very fresh. Also the sushi is very authentic and really great. Additionally the wasabi is super good. The whole atmosphere makes us very comfortable, and the whole buffet restaurant is divided into different sections with different food, which is really reasonable and convenient. The service is also quick and effective. Every time we had dirty plates, and the staff will take away immediately. They are all polite with good smile. So impressive.

Gastronomy was an amazing experience from the very beginning. The beauty of the facilities is on another level, the service was consistently kind and attentive, and the buffet dinner was absolutely delicious. Our host, Heidy Villacreses, was wonderful - she guided us through all the food stations and made our visit even more special. The seafood station was our favorite, with fresh lobsters, oysters, and an exceptional Japanese raw bar with sushi, sashimi, and nigiri…not to mention the outstanding caviar. Definitely, a must-do on your next trip to Dubai
